Job Description

In charge of all Communications & Media activities related to Sales & Marketing department, including branding, communications and media planning for residential projects. 

  • Liaise with consultants to develop new project positioning, branding concept, project identity and key marketing materials.
  • Manage partners, agencies, consultants to develop effective communication & advertising campaigns including engaging and informative content, high-quality and timely completed materials & tools such as website, 3D perspectives, VR, videos, infographics, brochures and other interactive tools.
  • In charge of copywriting, key visuals, design creation and timely output of scheduled materials/ collaterals for all marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Plan, develop, implement and manage all communication & advertising activities utilising all owned and paid channels, including but not limited to website, Facebook, YouTube, Google AdWords, Online PR and Print magazine etc
  • Analyze activities carried out and improve effectiveness
  • Maintain good relationships with internal departments and external vendors, suppliers, partners, sponsors.
  • Allocate, manage and monitor budget for each project. Manage budget approvals, contract negotiation, payments to vendors
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as appointed

Job Requirement

  • At least 1-2 years working experience in relevant job or industry (Advertising, Marketing, Digital, Branding etc)
  • Experience working with media and digital tools (social media, SEO, SEM, Google Ads and Google analytics) is a plus
  • Experience managing agencies, consultants and vendors is a plus
  • Confident with strong interpersonal, copywriting and creative skills
  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure
  • Positive thinking, proactive, responsible, willing to take ownership
