Job Description

This is a dynamic role for mature individuals with the drive and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment. With a passion for customer service, you will take on the challenges of handing over completed residential homes to purchasers.  Specifically, some of the key responsibilities are:

-    Manage the purchasers’ expectations and requirements in the way that benefits both the purchasers and the company. 
-    Update customer data.
-    Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
-    Record management of relevant customer database and CRM system
-    Regularly update the Manager the activities of the department and consult the board for any issues which are beyond the control of the department. 
-    Support the Manager to transfer units to buyers including conducting inspection, assisting on mortgage, preparation of transfer documents, taking feedback from buyers and coordinating with project department to rectify defects to the satisfaction of buyers.
-    Support the Manager on all planning, logistic and administrative functions leading to the successful handing over of completed project
-    Liaison with all stakeholders of the project to meet the customers’ feedback post-project completion
-    Perform any other related duties as required by the Management.
-    Follow and implement the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Environment Health and Safety Management System of the Company.

Job Requirement

-    At least 2 years’ of working experience in the property or service industry with a proven track record in customer care.
-    Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English.
-    Good personal grooming, pleasant outlook and cheerful by nature
-    Patient and good listener with an eye for details.
-    Good working attitude and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills in a high-pressure environment.
-    Good leadership and management skills, preferably with team management experience.
